The AIA and the Friends identify investment managers who will manage investment funds for churches and other institutions and high net worth individuals on a commercial basis and contribute to the AIA or the Friends an amount equal to a substantial portion of their associated management fees. The AIA and the Friends bring all available opportunities to enter into arrangements of this kind to the attention of the churches and others who may find them of interest.
Each investment manager has advised the AIA or the Friends that the management fees charged to participating accounts will be at its standard rates and will not include any additional amount attributable to contributions made by the manager. Neither the AIA nor the Friends has any affiliation or other financial arrangement with any investment manager.
The program permits participants to obtain quality investment managers' services on normal commercial terms while at the same time providing, at no cost to the participants, a collateral benefit to the Anglican Communion.
The roles of the AIA and the Friends are limited to the identification of investment managers willing to participate in the program. Any decision to approach, engage or continue to engage any investment manager is one to be considered solely by the participant. Neither the AIA nor the Friends offers any advice as to the suitability of the managers for particular participants or the advisability of engaging those managers, nor do they assume any responsibility for the operations or investment results of the managers.
Information about the investment managers and their management services is provided solely by the managers and neither the AIA nor the Friends takes any responsibility for providing the information or for its content. Copies of the managers' written disclosure statements required of all investment advisors by law may be obtained by contacting them.
The names of the investment managers participating in the program and their contact information are set forth in the following schedule ( Managers ). Each of these managers has agreed to donate to the AIA or the Friends an amount equal to 50% of the fees they receive from participating accounts. Neither the AIA nor the Friends has any affiliation or any other relationship or financial arrangement with any investment manager
